I think most of us season ticket holders are just sick of having to constantly pay for games against teams like southeastern. Seems Verge is always putting the good OOC games in neutral sites, making season ticket holders having to pay more. It would have been nice to have the Clemson game here first because our home games this year are not exciting, but Verge caves and let’s Clemson get the home game first.

Simply not true. Honestly, I prefer playing the second game to punctuate the first win or revenge opportunity for losing the first game.

Florida, South Carolina, Texas A&M, Arkansas isn’t nearly as bad of a home schedule as you’re making it out to be

I think the point is that we played a non-conference game a Texas without a non-conference return trip. The value as a season ticket holder of Texas being part of a 4 game home conference slate is a lot lower than it being a non-conference home game on top of the home conference slate. based on current schedules, season ticket holders are getting a home game against Southeastern instead of Texas.

There's nothing preventing conference teams playing each other in a game that doesn't count in the conference standings
