Ole miss defense is a$$ and lsu defense might be the best in the country.

Before seeing them play I thought this one would be a toss up. I don’t think so anymore.

Tigers 30-13. Geaux Tigers!

Interesting that Vegas sees this as a 3 point game.

I see this as a touchdown or 10 point game, in either direction.

#1 total defense vs #108 total defense

#3 total offense vs #58 total offense

Don’t turn over the ball and ole miss is going to get exposed Saturday

Reminder we were underdogs last year by a similar spread. Most here thought that LSU should have been favored and thought Chambliss would be exposed in his first real test. Always reassuring when Vegas likes your chances.

That’s spread is begging the public to take Ole Miss too

Ole Miss probably gets around -4 being the home team. This line essentially says LSU is a Touchdown better.

It’s a coaching mismatch on both sides.

Leavitt just can’t shite himself and we gotta get chambliss on the ground

-2.5 based on most models out there. Even LSU at home doesn’t get -4.

Ole Miss opened as a (-1.5) favorite about a month ago. So it's no surprise, LSU is now favorites

I’ll take LSU and the under. But would pay for -2.5.

That means LSU wins 43-42

Basically saying a 6 point spread with Ole piss at home. I won’t bet on a game like this with all the distractions but I think we cover easily.

Well, bet paid off last week taking Tech +35. Taking Ole Miss at home with 3-4 points is tempting.

normally i would not either.....but we almost beat them last year with burger king and a hurt nussbaw rickshaw.

We stole some of their best players and coaches.

That alone should make the difference.

We had best contain TC tho. also put some heat on him as he is not good against the blitz as far as hitting hot routes. now they could use screens and draws so we will need to sniff that out also. he is more deadly on the run like bryce young was. blitz, stay in lanes, maintain gap control.

we need to pound the ball running. take the crowd out of it. let that open up passing.

i think we win by 10-14. pull away in 2nd half. the ebbs and flows of momentum could be wild early. i expect it. but like the old saying goes. easiest way to win on road is run the damn ball and play defense. silence the crowd. playing a top 10 team on the road in the SEC usually is never a cakewalk from past precedent. we shall see. hope we blow them out but i am not counting on it. give me a ugly les miles win and i will take it! lol

moneyline on fan duel is -146
spread LSU -2.5

draft kings is:
moneyline -155
spread LSU -3

this game will be the true test of Weeks and Dottery

they've been outstanding so far and if they play that way Saturday and our front keeps blowing up their offensive line then it could be a long day for their offense

I agree I feel conservatively we win by 10 but wouldn’t be surprised if we walk out up 14-17 if we play a TO free game.
