Does anyone know which NFL team Joe rooted for while growing up in ohio? I’d assume Bengals or Browns, but maybe not? Just curious , and I haven’t seen him mention it.

But I've been watching Zac Taylor since he completely re-vamped the LA Rams offense... a la Joe Brady.

Joe will be winning MVP's and leading the Bengals to super bowls and the folks at Bengaldroppings will be waiting for Burrow to leave, just so they can get rid of Buckeye Joe.

Nah. Just the football-clueless & arrogant ones... like Vowel Boy, and Clam Drip.

Love to see Joe in the Saints or Pats offense. But, Joe has to "serve" his rookie contract. He'll be a free agent after that. He can go wherever he wants then.

You realize that all 31 of the teams who aren’t picking first can trade for the pick if they choose to?

Bengals might be better off trading for a pro-bowl guard, an average starting tackle and say a late second and a sixth round pick (or 3rd & 5th or whatever the market will bear). GM’s can choose the personnel/position group(s) of any players traded for, the example was hypothetical but you get the point.

They could probably still get Tua in the second, could get a FA QB on a 1-year deal with the plan to give Tua a year off while having him in the film room for a year before he plays.

Could make arguments both for this type of trade scenario and for taking the top QB with the first pick.

I wouldn’t be surprised by either scenario. I doubt there’s another Ricky Williams type scenario, but they could still get a nice haul in terms of players and/or picks.

The Williams fiasco just goes to show that it’s not outside the realm of possibility that Cincinnati would opt to trade the pick in exchange for a faster ROI.

You realize that Bengals fans would bulldoze Paul Brown stadium into the Ohio River if Burrow isn't the starting QB in 2020?

Wondered this myself, out of those I'd guess the Bengals. Pitt is closer to Athens, OH than is Cleveland. There are some Steeler fans in eastern Ohio. Maybe he just roots for his dads favorite team. According to wiki ol' Jimmy was born in VA (closest to Redskins, Ravens) and played for the Green Bay Packers.

Cincy is a better landing spot than Miami and Washington just took Haskins at 15 last year.

As someone from Cleveland (Browns fan) who grew up in Louisiana (Saints fan) I *pray* Joe does not end up a Bengal. I could live with the Broncos (The Ravens are the ones that have to live with The Drive).

Wish Cleveland had waited another couple of years to get a good QB :(

A team that needs a QB isn’t trading out of that spot

Cincinnati is a death sentence to any football career right now. Hopefully, Joe can stay healthy, productive and alive until he’s a free agent.

Yeah. "Death sentence."

That's what all the "really smart" dudes said about Joe's transfer to LSU.

How did THAT turn out for Joe Burrow and LSU?

Defintely better than Miami...Cincy does have some talent at RB, WR...Plus a young offensive head coach
