Cincy May be the BEST spot for Joe in the NFL

1. Joe grew up perfecting the Spread/RPO offense*. You can't interchange Spread & Pro-Style QBs... does not compute.
2. Many NFL HCs and OCs are every bit as committed to their outdated playbooks as Les Miles was to his. Joe in a Pro-Style O? Waste of Joe's talent, IMO.
3. The first-year HC at Cincy, Zac Taylor**, is as much a Spread/RPO guy as Joe Brady is.
4. A top-5 draft pick will go to a team with a horrible W/L record. Of the teams with such records, Cincy is the best place for Joe... no close seconds.
*Pretty much the same offensive scheme the NFL calls "11 Personnel"

Honestly, I think Joe will succeed wherever he lands.

That offensive line is horrendous. Gotta get it fixed ASAP

Likely spot. Best spot, hell no.

He’s already shown the mental and physical toughness to deal with a rough year while they build a team around him.
Tua would literally break

quote:Possibly so. But Joe said he had taken almost zero snaps under center before the 2018 season. Said he felt he lost reads on the DB's on 3 and 5 step drop-backs (which forced him to turn his back on the fast-developing WRs routes in the critical first second or so of drop-back passing plays)
Honestly, I think Joe will succeeds wherever he lands.

Love to see Joe in the Saints or Pats offense. But, Joe has to "serve" his rookie contract. He'll be a free agent after that. He can go wherever he wants then.

The Bengals are a perpetual dump of a franchise. It’s no accident they haven won a playoff game in nearly 30 years and based on some of the decisions they’ve made this season they aren’t changing that trend. It would be a nice story for an Ohio kid to go to an Ohio franchise, but for Burrow’s sake I hope he ends up elsewhere. At least Miami seems like they have a plan (purposely tanking to expedite the rebuild). Cincy seems to have no plan whatsoever

Broncos are the best spot of teams in the top 5 range right now.

If the Bengals win ANY of their remaining 6 games, the entire coaching staff and GM staff should be tarred and feathered.

You've been scouting any Cincy message boards?
Joe will be winning MVP's and leading the Bengals to super bowls and the folks at Bengaldroppings will be waiting for Burrow to leave, just so they can get rid of Buckeye Joe. Have you scouted their jug machines?

But I've been watching Zac Taylor since he completely re-vamped the LA Rams offense... a la Joe Brady.

If he ever does change, I doubt he'll have his heart in it.

You want him to be successful he goes to NE or NO

I am in CO, Ive seen tidbits of Bronco games. They really suck. Like overall putrid, and on the news fans say they are nationally embarrassed.

Any decent QB isn’t hitting the free agency. Not worth it for the team and the player would be taking a huge risk that final year. Cousins is the only one I can think of if you want to call him elite and he was a 4th rd pick, not first overall.

I mean it’d also be cool for him to be back in Ohio where people love him (he’d put butts in seats) and on top of that he’d technically still be a tiger (bengal tiger at that). I also feel like he’d rep for LSU super hard like Jarvis and Tyrann which will help with recruiting.

That franchise is cheap and will never compete for anything worthwhile. Ownership refuse to invest in the team. Being drafted by the bengals is a tough break.

Regardless of your blessings he was always going there.
