Jay had a great staff assembled in his first year, 2 of them were hired away as head coaches. I'm sure he's got a great list of replacements, we'll know when Jay is ready for us to know.

I mean we have added 2 probable starters so far and Coleman will be back from injury and Floyd looks close to taking the next step and you have the incoming #1 class. We currently aren’t as bad off on pitching as people think. You really only need to add like 1-2 more arms to feel really good about our pitching

That’s what this guy is . Along with the guy from creighton or wherever. This guy from vandy is a 1st round prospect type pitcher if he puts it all together, he’s young but had experience in Omaha last year .
He has 1st round stuff so he will have a great chance to be a Saturday or Sunday guy minimum.
The guy from creighton is a Friday night ace . If he’s not our Friday guy then that means this vandy transfer killed it in pre season and fall or it means we got one of our draft risk pitchers to come and he’s as advertised.
Put it this way. We could easily go with
Friday - creighton guy
Saturday - little
Sunday- Floyd . Floyd will get that off speed dialed in and if so , he could even be Saturday guy .
Same thing with grant Taylor and Dutton. The younger guys will be much better next year and we will be able to put some true bad arse starters out there
