Supposedly Texas is going to have a ton of transfers. The players really aren’t liking Herman right now.

If Herman is pissing off divas like Warren, then he is doing something right.

Warren is gigantic, doesn't really fit their scheme at RB at all. Makes sense for him to move on.

Would he be eligible immediately or sit out a year (is he graduating, basically)? If so, he's worth a look, we need a big bruiser for next year and he could fit that bill.

Come on down. We could use a big physical RB. Heck, with his size he could probably play defensive end with a little coaching. Linebacker or defensive end would be a more likely spot for him than RB at the next level.

Ah, the old "throw the ball downfield late in the 4th quarter with a lead" scheme

Herman is getting his guys in there.

Texas will undergo a radical transformation and be incredible in a couple years.

Players transfer under Orgeron: “Rats, ship, LOL!”

Players transfer under Herman: “Wow, what a quality coach he must be. Huge program transformatIon incoming, I wish he would’ve come here so we could be 6-6 right now with an imbalanced recruiting class padded by our top 8 recruits being WR’s and DB’s”

I will bet my life that his best record ever at Texas ends up being 10-3 and he averages about 8 wins per season before he’s run off in 5 years. Called it with Chavis, Sumlin, Bielema, and others, and now I’ll call it with this overrated douche. Nothing that’s going on up there points to him being elite. I’ll repeat it every time I see one of these stupid fricking posts about how great he’s doing and is going to be

Warren will be o.k. behind a decent offensive line, which he hasn't had much of at Texas. Got pushed down the depth chart by better/shiftier backs.

I have literally never said or insinuated that.

Its a totally different situation anyway.

Herman is an outsider that had complete turnover with a completely new system on both sides of the ball. Orgeron was promoted from within and retained almost everyone, especially on defense.

Could care less about herman, but I think this move is solely because he doesn't fit Herman's scheme at all. He's a big bruiser, similar to Bo Scarbrough or Derrick Henry. You don't run those guys out of shotgun in a spread option really.

Pretty sure he's a junior. Possible for him to have graduated already, but I would doubt it.
