Isn't he a Florida guy? Did he not watch the Florida-LSU game last year? That game was rowdy as hell, 11am or not.

He's not necessarily wrong. But that is often because over the last 2 decades when LSU was playing a HOME game at 11:00 - 11:30 it was generally against a very overmatched opponent. This will be the first time LSU has played a top 10 opponent at 11:00...at HOME in as long as I can remember.
Last year LSU played top 20 Florida at 11:00 am. It wasn't the biggest crowd ever (though it was FAR from empty) but the people who were there certainly were into the game. Remember, LSU has just been blown out by Kentucky the week before to fall to 3-3. It was an absolutely beautiful fall day (approx. 68 degrees at kickoff). If there was ever a game in which LSU fans might decide to just do something else, that was it. Yet, people showed up and cheered hard as it became clear LSU wasn't just going to quit on the game/season.
The pregame energy/excitement level won't match a night game...not even close. But I expect the stadium will be loud at kickoff

You couldn't pay me to sit in those bleachers in that beating sun.
Night game, I'm there all jacked up on Mountain Dew.

Soccer is in full swing as well as football and some basketball leagues for kids. A lot of youth sports goes on, Saturday mornings. Stop acting like an arse.

That's bullshite! Appalachian State found out in 2008...and that was a 10am kickoff!

He said it was like a morgue when he played there back in the day. I’m sure it was in the 90’s.

Hoowee, good memories of starting the Jambalaya in the witch's cauldron at 7am and watching the parade from the yard of my cousin's house on Hundred Oaks.
Haven't been back in decades, not sure if it still goes down that path any more.

He actually is wrong. See Florida last year.
11am games are normally against cupcake OOC teams, thus the perception of it being quiet.

Honestly, every stadium except Texas' and Oklahoma's is a morgue at 11am.
