With the inexperience we have RB it is going to be very important that someone steps up... like make or break season type important. I just have this feeling that Chris will be that person to step up and become a great back for us next year. He played in an uber competitive league in Florida, he's an EE and he has great film.

You know who else has a grill?

Alvin Kamara..... he's basically Alvin Kamara.

Never mind the fact that they don't even remotely run the same.

I think he becomes the #2 back behind CEH this year by the end of the year.

He’s not an early enrollee. Tae Provens is already on campus as an EE though. Regardless, I hope Curry can come in an be productive as a freshmen. He runs like a freaking bull in his film and everything I’ve read says how hard of a worker he is. I don’t have much faith in N. Brossette as the bell cow next season but I hope I’m wrong.

Yep, and had some nagging little injuries his senior year, he will surprise people.

There a few guys like that in this class, surprise immediate impact.

That's true. His junior film is really impressive. His SR highlights he's got poor blocking and basically pushes piles. But, if you like TD runs his JR film has plenty:

He'll be ahead of Nicholas day one and be splitting time with CEH by SEC play

Fuch the posters hating on Nick. Dude stuck around to his senior year and was behind Leonard Fournette, Derrius Guice and Darrell Williams.

He's got some adjusting to do to his running style but if he does that, I fully expect him to be pretty damn good. Think Ware and 'workhorse' is both my hope and expectation.

I have doubts about freshman year, but a combination of him putting in the work, Robinson & those adjustments, and the need of having him ready just might prove me wrong.

I was thinking the same thing. They would be solid thunder and lightening combo.

I agree, I think with him and Tae Proves and CEH we will have a nasty backfield with three unique different styles of running.

I doubt he gets 50 carries the entire season to be honest.
