I'm upgrading my prediction to 8-4 after last night (from previous prediction of 7-5)

Ole Ball coach said the same thing about Vandy: a sure win.

LSU's ceiling will be 5-1 and the floor is 3-3.

They could be in the SECCG.

No chance

Too inconsistent, IMO

I’d LOVE to say we get to 10 wins in RS but that’s gonna be very difficult

A better topic would be "Can we go through the remaining schedule with only 1 loss and remain in the top 11 nationally".

We’ll beat Arkansas but that A&M/Bama two game stretch will be for the season. They should be able to handle Florida with no Mertz, Vandy and OU.

But if they drop that very difficult road game to A&M, then Bama is for your true CFB playoff elimination game.

As long as A&M and Bama keep winning yes.

They avoid Bama, Ole Miss, and UGA this season. If they beat us, they will likely enter their final game against Texas at 10-1.

Yep. With the 1 loss being OOC.

Kind of crazy, but aTm is probably a more important game than Bama this year. If we lose to aTm, it will be pretty hard to make the SECCG even if we go 7-1 in the conference. At that point you’d probably want them to beat Texas and take 1st place outright.

As an aside, I have a feeling the SEC standings are gonna be a clusterfrick in November.

Will be extremely tough to 1-1 next two…..

This is the goal.

We go 2-0, I feel like we are essentially a playoff lock with essentially a mulligan going into November.

We go 1-1, we are 6-2 probably ranked around 13-14 with a beatable Alabama team that will have an atmosphere similar to Ole Miss, followed by 3 very winnable but tough games

If we focus and give Arky and A&M the respect they deserve, we can win.

We will be up for Bama at home and can beat them.

We can beat UF for sure.

Vandy has played well, but will be depleted by then. We need to focus, but we should beat them.

We are better than Oklahoma. We can beat them.

We can definitely win out if we are where we need to be mentally. That’s on the coaches. We should have beaten USC but we weren’t prepared. Every game is winnable and we’re getting better week by week.

Let’s go!

I hate to say it but I think we drop the A&M game. 2nd game off back-to-back road games in a place we haven't won in since 2016, vs a very physical A&M team. Hopefully, we will then bounce back against Bama at home and win out.
