Not bad use of a 50th round pick. Chad could blow out a knee that would end his football career and Milwaukee retains the rights to a guy with a healthy left arm that can throw in the mid 90's.
This siutation was NOT what I had in mind when I made this statement a few weeks ago. Prayers sent.

You are right and retracted my post. Guess we should just wait and see and let it play out hopefully for the best. No point in using all this hearsay in respect to the family.
To Chad,

I can't believe someone shot a video of that. Is there no such thing as privacy anymore.
That's the kinda boat that I'm in. This isn't the place for it but I thought that was rather classless. It really is like someone with a cell phone, not even professionally done.

There are a few players in the NFL I always root for to do well, even if it is against the Saints. Landry, Bradie James, Steltz, Dorsey, etc... Chad Jones will definitely join this list once he gets better.
I'll never forget him coming in Game 3 of the CWS and getting those 2 strikeouts and the taking off his hat as he ran off the field jumping up and down. Got me so jacked up!
Praying for you CJ!

I cant help but believe this type of thing has more to do with young men receiving large sums of money and not being able to handle their sudden wealth than it being an LSU thing.
I could be wrong....accidents do happen. Either way prayers sent for CJ and his family.

Tell your friend this is a HIPPA violation and they could lose their job over this
His friend isn't necessarily a doctor. Are nurses, orderlies, or other hospital employees held to the HIPPA standard?

ESPN just picked up the story. Says he has a fractured left leg and arteries and nerves exposed.

Posted on 6/25/10 at 11:32 am to PigglyWiggly

Piggly
Anyone who works in a hospital goes through HIPPA training so yes they are under the same rules

f he was hard on the brakes at impact then he probably would have been breaking with the right leg so at impact his body would have continued to move forward as the car was stopping and the engergy would be absorbed in the leg. Especially if no seat belt was worn.
Why those nascar drivers say before a collision they release the steering wheel and pull their legs back so nothing is in tension.
Yup, when I had my wreck a few years ago, my leg was hurt not from the wreck itself but my bracing and trying to push myself back with my right foot.

I would imagine they are. Otherwise, HIPPA would essentially be useless.

Even Dietitians are held to HIPPA standards.
I would think they would all be as well, but I mean who is going to come on TD and figure out someone said that?

Anyone with any knowledge of any patients medical history, SS number, etc. is in a direct HIPPA violation and could be subject to fine/prosecution.
