Lol. Cherry picking.

You win, man. See you in NOLA.

You're the one that said LSU has 4 top 10 wins. How is that cherry picking?

Have a great day.

TLDR; Moving OSU up last week makes it difficult for me to see LSU moving back up after this week

It is very possible that will be the case at the end of the season. At worst 4 over top 12. But, to his point, yes 4 over top 10 teams during season, soon to be 5.

100% agree. Whether or not it's right or wrong is really irrelevant at this point. They've said they think OSU is better I don't see how winning a conference championship game will change that. The one chance would be for LSU to obliterate UGA.

Are you counting Texas as a Top 10 win?

Which will make it that much sweeter. You compare lsu's top 4 wins against osu's top 4. If they met, it would be a blood bath...and Vegas would have them overwhelming favorites.

The committee does look at them. And has talked about them many times.

Which proves their idiocy. A computer that interprets efficiency ratings etc in a sport with such disparate scheduling as college football is useless when discerning negligible rankings differences such as 1 to 2 and 2 to 3

The "committee" can stick that right in its "eye test".
It's like giving the Miss America trophy to the girl with the biggest boobs. What?

You think the committee DOESNT look at the most widely used and reputable college football polls? You think that they favor failed BCS metrics over the actual coaches? Lol.

Again. You can try to argue this until you are blue in the face. Even experts have acknowledged that the committee made the switch to control matchups. Enjoy your ranking while it lasts.

It's one piece of the evaluation.

Using all available data is idiotic?

Ga vs Wisconsin

Bama vs Penn State

Fl vs Michigan

Aub vs Cinn

Predict each outcome and pointspread please. I'd love to see this reasoning.

Didn't think so...

Honestly, I doubt it's even a blip on their radar.

The BCS projection top 4 has matched the top four every year of the CFP. Not the order every time, but the same top 4. So I'm sure they look at the computers of the BCS at the very least.

Right now, OSU has a significantly better overall SOS than LSU (26 v. 62)

Where are you getting that number from? I'm seeing LSU with the 25th ranked SOS and OSU with 30.

Hmm...if we only had a system of ranking that would provide uniformity. We could call it the Bowl Championship Series (BCS) rankings

Let's please drop this argument. It is not a very smart one to make.

Well they most certainly were a top 10 team before we ate their souls and ruined them for everyone else...

So you aren't going to touch my post from above with each teams best wins pitted against one another? I don't blame you on that. You can't win.
