LSU is about to be in the top 10.

There were times when the AP rankings went rogue – making the biggest splash in 2003 naming USC the national champion, and not BCS Champion LSU – and they’ve played a part in the past when it comes to split title winners. They just keep on marching along.
Here’s the drill. Taking all the AP final rankings, CFN devised a scoring system giving every AP national champion 25 points, the No. 2 team 24, No. 3 23, and so on down to the bottom – currently No. 25, but the rankings were only a top ten for a bit, and was later a top 20.

How do they score points?
What would have to happen for us to jump Tennessee?

Yeah, hopefully. IF LSU finishes ranked 11 spots ahead of Tenn for three straight years they will be tied.

So we need 34 points. That is like a #6 plus a #10 finish for the next 2 years with Tenn not being ranked either year. It could happen.

everything has to have that O picture. you must have it in your bedroom.

We should have been claiming more National Championships along the way.

Do you have a cartoon of O hanging by a noose or looking like the cookie monster in your bedroom. Or, is it the statue of our former HC that you jerk off to every night? It goes both ways cockroach.

Yep could have claimed 1908, 1936 and 1962. But....we didn't.

Michigan has won how many NC’s in that time frame?

It is kind of creepy how he/she stalks Orgeron. Is Ree a Orgeron fan or a LSU fan?

frick the AP!
They were so butt hurt about not being relevant in the BCS determination of National Championship that in a moment of spiteful fury they stooped to the level of a 12 year old girl and named USC as their #1.
Their little poll of best programs is an offshoot of that attention-whore cocksucking they did during the BCS era. It has no relevance and should not be used in any meaningful way.

We're likely close to jumping Tennessee.
