I played there 79-81 and although we didn't have a field like that, we did put UCA on the map with the teams that we had back then. Just to the other side of the endzone shown is where Scotty Pippen starred.

You would be surprised how much team uni's and gimmicks like that factor into kids decisions on where they play. I for one think the purple is awful. Wouldnt mind seeing an all black field. Now that would be bad arse!!!!
