CeeDee Lamb says LSU CB Derek Stingley is best CB he faced in college “I know he’s young, but that guy knows football. His technique is unbelievable.”

Yeah, but how big are his hands?

Well, I mean there are only so many directions this thread can go. We all know that Stingley may have been the best corner in CFB this year. We all know he will go down as one of the best LSU CBs ever. Rather than state the obvious I went for the humor bump, because I liked the thread.

I really hope fans don’t have the same expectations for Ricks as they did for Stingley. Stingley is a generational player who was one of the best defensive backs in the country as a true freshman. Ricks will get beat early as a freshman but that doesn’t mean he won’t develop into an outstanding player

Stingley has definitely lived up to the hype. Alfono sure as hell didn't.

Rooting for Lamb. He’s classy, I saw him giving a bunch of our players props after they made plays. We stopped him when we could but he still made plays on our defense. Would love to see him coming to Louisiana in Black and Gold.

Lamb didn't have a very good game against us, but he still had 4 catches for 119 yards. The dude is a phenomenal player. I watched him in a few games and he definitely had the "wow" factor.

Hurts missed him wide open several times. He is the real deal and will do just fine in the NFL.

CeeDee is a Louisiana kid. Family lives in Opelousas. He probably grew up dreaming about wearing Black and Gold on Sundays

I will say this one more time Stingley is the best collage CB, second only to Dion Sanders .

If lamb had a QB worth a shite, he would have probably gone for close to 200. He had at least 4 throws that were nowhere close and he was wide open.

ETA: Most of those were over the middle and not Stingley's responsibility.

C'mon now. Lamb played with 2 Heisman winners and a Heisman finalist. I don't think anyone in the history of CFB has played with as many different top QBs while in college as CeeDee has.

Lots of errors in this run-on sentence.
