I can tell you that DISH Network was hacked back on 2/23 and they still aren't 100% operational.
I couldn't get EPSN for a while b/c of this.

No. It's included in whatever package you have to watch the SEC Network.

If you get SECN on your TV plan you should also get SEC+ nothing to add.

I think YouTube tv combined with ESPN App has been the most efficient for me personally for getting sports this past year… I don’t have cable or satellite just food for thought

So you just need to sign into the ESPN app with you log in credentials for however you watch SECN whether it's COX, DirectTV, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc.
