No, Alabama v. A&M was picked up by CBS as their night game that same week. ESPN gets second choice. Their best slot for that week is 11am.

They weren't going to put it up against BAMA-A&M

glad this contract is ending. Stuff like this should be fluid. The ratings for that game might be decent at the start, but it's going to plummet in the second quarter.

It is because LSU lost to FLA ST and are not ranked.

No, it’s not. Has nothing to do with that. Georgia is ranked No. 1. Alabama is ranked No. 2. CBS went for the top two ranked teams in the country.
