Can it be safe to say that this is a huge problem with the Coach O hands-off CEO style of coaching? He has no offensive philosophy himself

So what does Saban do when he loses his OC and DC? He just uses his philosophy instead of hiring new ones? Lots of football IQ here.

Should have paid Herman the money. Offense and recruiting problem solved

I think O is looking for a more traditional spread attack.

So O didn't bother to find out what style of offense Canada runs before he hired him? Great job of doing your due diligence O.

Why don't you go take a peek at the Texas boards right now
They went 6-6 and now they have multiple players transferring or leaving for the draft who are going skipping their bowl game.

Also look at his recruiting class. Its ranked high but filled with receiver and DBs instead of linemen

It doesn’t matter who the OC is next year. Fewer first downs and production. At least the D will be talented

That's a good question. One would think that if I hired you based on your body of work, and I've watched at least a seasons worth of game film, that I would know exactly what type of offense you plan on running.

You get a OC that runs a spread. There are other coordinators doing it a lot better imo.

Don't worry, it'll be time to bring home the next homeboy Frank Wilson soon. Or, after Fleck has made a name at Minnesota he should have proven to be a hit or failure.

None of the coaches we dreamed of having last year were actually coming. Of course after what they did this year they'd have second thoughts of picking the jobs they did over LSU.

Todd Graham is out at ASU who I thought did a pretty decent job there. If I'm not mistaken, his specialty is offense correct? If so, I wouldn't mind seeing what he can do with our players as OC. I liked the offense at ASU. Just don't think they had the team.

I think the team was starting to get the system so that's not ideal but there are other offensive coordinates in the world. Frankly I think Canada is replaceable.
Aranda on the other hand would very difficult to replace as he is probably one of the top 5 defensive guys around.

Do you know anything at all bout TG? He has job hopped even more than Canada. If not mistaken, he left his last job in less than a year. But what I am loving with all the Coach O haters is that, like the POTUS, regardless of all the hate & negativity, he will still be here as HC next yr.
