Let it go? I’m not holding on to it, simply proving that your take is ice cold fricking wrong. Don’t deflect, just own it and say you didn’t see it…many people are in the same boat.

It was the definition of the rule…launching with direct contact to the head.

I thought he made a dirty play, or at least tried to.
My friend said it would be overruled. I was for throwing the kid out of the game, but i can get emotional.

In my opinion he tried to take his head off. Just missed. He is a very good player but like many he's dumb as shite.

You guys playd hard and won.

The player missed."

But he did not, his arm hit JD5's facemask. It was not targeting but it was a 15 yard penalty for personal foul. Had he not hit JD5, I would say pick up the flag. You throw that flag and enforce it so the next bonehead does not try to do the same thing. When a person is sliding like that, they can be really hurt if hit.

Wrong, the rules is based on intent. So missing does still count.

It unnecessary roughness since Jayden gave himself up. It's not targeting.

Where was the roughness, unnecessary or otherwise?

Then you have a play like we had against Bama where a guy was obviously going in with sinister intentions, but since he is a shitty tackler and he happened to miss, that drew no penalty, even though his intent was to be a dirty thug piece of shite and take our QB out.

Yep - should have certainly been Unsportsmanlike - certainly that was worse than saying something someone might consider 'racist'
