is leaving the program in a lot better shape than he found it. This team will compete for the SEC title next year with the right hire.

I wouldn't say that, the talent level is definitely down.

I can agree to that.

Title IX is an embarrassment though.

I believe the program has a very bad culture where the team is secondary to the player. That’s the number 1 thing the new coach is going to have to combat

It’s the worst it has been since ‘99. Consecutive .500 seasons and 4-8 against the SECW.

Because of 2019, the LSU brand is bigger and better. Just the NC season itself makes this a better program today.

are you kidding, Les left this team loaded with talent.
Our O-Line is terrible, with no hope of a quick fix. The new coach will need at least 2 years to fix this shite show.

LSU has one more NC than when he came here, so for me, it’s a yes.

Absolutely not! from a roster standpoint we are worse off. Especially with the OL.

There are a lot of issues we witnessed the last 2 years. Can't have a head coach that isn't offensive minded. Have to get and retain good o & d coordinators. Have to recruit more kids with old school mental and physical toughness. Need better offseason conditioning. A lot of pieces have to fall in place to compete for a championship. I really wish O could stay and coach d line and recruit. Think he is really good in those roles.
