I think the OP is talking about when they put Luck in at wide receiver when their running stanford's version of the wildcat, the wild tree i guess, and sometimes they will run the ball, other times they've thrown to luck, and also can run a sweep and toss it back to luck and then he throws it down field. I think JJ could be useful if we actually ran the wildcat with him at receiver on occasions, but we don't.

Not sure why LSU would want to do that with more than enough 4 and 5* receivers on the roster.

I'm just trying to tranlate what i THINK the OP meant. not saying i want this, but bc with JJ their he is always a threat to throw it also. It could be used as a trick play or whatever with him lined up at wide out he could run a route, block for run, come in motion and run, or take a toss and throw it down field.

The play calling has been what has prevented JJ from being the most NFL ready college qb since Peyton.

Long night of drinking? Just got back from your HS costume party? Otherwise, put the pipe down.

On a side note, I was hoping to go fishing today, but I don't own a boat. However, I have a car just sitting at home that I never use.

Can I use the car like many other people use a boat?

One will be the first pick in the draft and the other won't be drafted. Not a good comparison.

Since we apparently live much closer to reality than you do, I can't resist suggesting that you think before starting a thread like this.

this. please. when i read the title of the thread, i was really hoping you weren't gonna go there. you did. luck has legs on him, but only uses them when everyone is covered or he sees a huge opportunity. that is how running qb's should be. JJ has always been the panic and run qb. JJ may be a little better runner, but luck was better in middle school than JJ is now. fact

LSU does, The two both have football scholarships. Comparisons should stop from this point.
