Can LSU get a Bengal Tiger and a Catahoula Cur?

I think it'd be awesome if LSU had a secondary "mascot" Catahoula Cur, it'd be a mascot that we'd be able to showcase more publicly and way more mobile than a Tiger. State Dog, bad arse looking. Can be on sidelines on gamedays, can go into basketball arenas, on the road, hell even baseball game appearances.

GTFO with that dog shite. We aren't aTm, UT, UGA or MSU. They can all wallow in their misery knowing that they have a shite mascot compared to Mike the Tiger.

Catahoula leopard dogs have more ties with Louisiana than a tiger. They are the descendants of the Louisiana Indians' dogs that were bred with French Beaucerons and Spanish Mastiffs. Doesn't get much more Louisiana than that.

Leave UGA out of this, that is one cool dog. Obvious he is no MIKE but is a awesome mascot and dog. Its blasphemy to mention him in the same sentence with them other mutts.

The Louisiana "Fighting Tigers" were a reknown Civil War regiment who distinguished themselves in battle.
They fought "like TIGERS!".
We weren't just randomly named for "some Asian cat."
