Can LSU field a basketball team for next season?

No. Haven’t you heard? We’re cancelling next season and will not field a team at all. According to the rant this is all Woodward’s fault.

The portal works both ways. There are still high school kids unsigned.
There are juco kids.
We will take our lumps, but this is the ncaa penalty… this is the deal that was cut. Wade and all is paid players are now gone

There are a lot of people that don’t know this already so I understand if you don’t. The portal has many many many players in it that go in and get no interest and then they try to come back to their school after the scholarship has been given to someone else.

This is why you will see one of those centers we have come back.

What I’m getting at, is that there’s enough players in the portal that would crawl through glass on their hands and knees to get a chance to get back on scholarship somewhere and if you’re a team from a major conference then people would make that same crawl through the glass with habanero pepper juice flooded throughout said glass

There are over 1,000 players (who have no loyalty according to the Rant) in the portal with more entering every day. McMahon has been on the job less than two weeks. I’m going give it a bit of time before going into full blown panic mode
