Cam's fam receiving threats

Titans' QB Cam Ward says his family is receiving threats from people....
I guess it's possible, but it seems like this has become a frequent go-to when someone is struggling or a player/league gets a big PR black eye for doing something dumb.
A day or two later, we start hearing how people are making threats against Cam Ward or the WNBA players, etc.

Doubtful it's a serious threat but it probably happens now to most players of note because of gambling degenerates.

Unfortunately it's Middle Tennessee. A lot of really nice, hardworking that would never do anything like that, then there's the Cheatham County, Antioch, Smyrna, Mount Juliet, Lebanon, Madison, and Goodletsville crowd, and you understand perfectly where this shite comes from. Gives raised in a barn complete clarity.
