The grass was in horrible shape

Woah, so Camping World sponsors the independence bowl and then also has naming rights to the stadium for the bowls in orlando?

I was at that PSU game, it sucked. But in their defense, our game was the fifth game in a week and it rained the entire week leading up to our game. CRAZY.

They COMPLETELY renovated the stadium a few years back. In fact, it's basically a brand new stadium (they demolished and rebuilt the lower bowl) The only significant thing left from the prior stadium are the upper decks.

It's much, MUCH, nicer than when LSU last played there in 2009.

This is what it looked like when LSU last played there.

This is what it looks like now

I sure hope the artificial field turf holds up.

WWE doesn't choose a slouch stadium for WrestleMania. It's artificial turf but aside from that it'll be fine.

You said it was a POS "stadium", which it clearly isn't anymore. Don't get angry. It's not my fault you made a dumb statement with a clear lack of knowledge about the recent updates. No one ever said, even with the renovations, that it was in good part of town.

I've been to three bowl games there with LSU and several other local events. Never had an issue.

Like when I went to Malaysia they ask me if I was concerned about my Safety and I said you asking someone from New Orleans about Personal Safety!
