So Will has the flu and Heard is sitting on his arse in Monroe? Nice.

Is that Heard's choice?

Some teammate.

I hope the next man up dominates and pushed him down the depth chart.

Is the flu supposed to keep Campbell out of this game?

IDK but I think it would affect his stamina. He missed practice I know that.

I think Heard is probably gone, regardless. When it was stated he didn't travel with the team, I think it was sealed then.

Sucks, but OL is probably the one position group we can lose a player like Heard and still be ok.

I hope I'm wrong about him transferring, though.

He's got a couple of days to recover. Pump his arse full of fluids.

I agree. CBK’s quote doesn’t make sense that Heard is trying to make up his mind and they will have a discussion after the bowl game. If he hasn’t made up his mind yet then why not travel and play in the bowl game?

And I have an issue with Heard if he is leaving only because he isn’t starting at left tackle.

Heard was backing up right tackle
Still a bad look
Only reason not to play is to preserve a redshirt like nuss did

Looks like Nuss will spend much of the game on the seat of his pants. Thank heavens we're playing Wisconsin, who's hardly a juggernaut offensively

yup - this isn't the Les/O years where we prayed to stay healthy, we have dudes on the OL now and even more of them coming in this fall.

Unless you’re a first round pick and franchise left tackle, position flexibility is huge for o linemen’s career in the NFL.

Seems like this guy would be hurting himself by focusing solely on LT.

I mean, that's Heard's projections.

Correct me if I'm wrong here as I'm sure I'll be in the minority but I don't see a big issue of heard transferring. In this day of cfb there is very little loyalty left in the game. The kid has 3-4 yrs to audition for the NFL. If he has someone else in his ear guaranteeing him a starting spot plus more NIL $ then why should he stay. Our spoiled fans didn't see an issue with burrow transferring in when it benefitted our team but with Lance leaving for his personal growth then all of a sudden he's a POS. Burrow knew he would sit another yr and Lance knows that as well unless BK makes some changes. I'd like to see Emory moved to the inside bc I just don't think Frazier did that great of a job & that would open a spot for Lance. IF big will is open to moving to RT then opening a spot for Lance to start at left. Maybe I'm wrong but I see alot of spoiled fans that are getting upset over a kid that's just trying to better himself. Call it selfish if you want but are we any better if we would rather see the kid continue to sit the bench as opposed to playing for another team.
