Now I'm really confused. CR got caught in La by LSU fans who rationally hate UA. And was not charged because LSU fans wanted to cheat LSU and help the school they hate????

Fulton didn’t do “the right thing” because he didn’t actually do anything. If he didn’t submit a fake sample he didn’t break the rule. No harm no foul. Just because I want to hit someone in the face doesn’t mean you can arrest me unless I actually hit them.
