I didn't think LSU would go 11-1 before the season. But I was okay with that. What I'm not okay with is how this team played Saturday. Any one that says it didn't look like we took a step back. Didn't watch the game.

Don't need to be to see that this team quit Saturday night.

Them quitting is the lesser of two evils here. We either admit that they did in fact quit or we have to admit that's Moo State is a much better program than LSU now. Personally, I'd rather it be that the team just quit rather than it be that Moo State is a better program. Players quitting can be fixed in the course of a week, but if Moo State is now a better program than LSU, well we are in some deep shite that's going to take years to fix.

We're not going 11-1. 10-2 would be a miracle. 8-4 most likely. We probably be at Atm ,arkansas, either UT, or Auburn. Our offense will be eaten alive by UF's defense and they will win like 10-3

I'm pretty confident we win nine more games, but only if you add next season too.

Let's go all the way with this line of thought. If we have a team capable of going undefeated the rest of the regular season we are therefore the odds on favorite to win the national championship.

I agree they could be possible wins, but possible win =/= shouldn't lose.

Far more likely that 6-6 or 7-5 will be the record at the end of the season. Way to go Joe. We love you and by that I mean we want you fired.

I don't think we win one SEC road game. I hope I'm wrong but what we saw last Sat doesn't exactly instill confidence in me like it has in you.

What's sad is every SEC opponent on our schedule is now looking at us as a "possible win".

I'll make a prediction, though. When we finish 8-5 you'll say, "If So-and-so had caught that pass, and if such-and-such had wiped his arse, we'd be 10-3. You can't blame the coaches."

could also go 2-10.
Or 0-12* when the NCAA starts investigation of team, recruiting and paid players and forces LSU to vacate the 2 previous wins.

But neither 11-1 nor 0-12 are likely.

The basketball team could also go 17-0 in the SEC. Probably not going to happen, but seems more likely at this point.

What about an undefeated season? The NCAA could still find that Mississippi State used ineligible players last week, and LSU would pick up the forfeit win. You negatigers are all alike.

You’re wrong, 11-1 is happening and starts tomorrow with a stomping of Syracuse.

There are 9 games left with a 50% chance of winning.

This is where your genius logic fails. A coin toss doesn't determine the outcome of a football game. Baylor doesn't have a 50% chance of beating Oklahoma this weekend.

If it was 50/50, then your "9 wins in a row" would be even harder to achieve (according to the 50/50 odds) than you're implying.

Delete this stupid thread.
