honestly shocked Justin Jefferson wasn't NFC Offensive Player of the week with the line he put up

quote:

Following his first NFL game, Cleveland Browns rookie kicker Cade York garnered AFC Special Teams Player of the Week. York's award-achieving performance saw him boot a 58-yard field goal to lead the Browns past the Carolina Panthers, 26-24. York's 58-yarder was the second-longest game-winning field goal for a rookie in the final two minutes of regulation or in overtime, per NFL Research. It was also the fourth field goal for York, who was a perfect 4-of-4 on field goals and 2-of-2 on extra points for a 14-point tally.

That winning kick from 58 yards was a thing of beauty. Cade York has a bionic leg.

Most impressive kick will always be in the fog at the swamp.

I love where he started that 58. I try tell my son that on every long kick he should start it just inside the right post. If you push it…it’s a miss anyway since it won’t have the distance…if you pull it, like you’re most likely to when you really get on it, it’s a make.

Yeah thats great and all but most importantly is that he was added to my fantasy team. Truly a once in a lifetime honor.

I ended up in 2 fantasy leagues this year. Drafted him in both. Won both games.

Cade York looks like the guy who played Pena in Narcos.

Well deserved

That’s a rough looking 21. Do I see grays in there?

I've had a patch of grays since high school bro But I have a baby face, in my mid 30s but people still think I'm in my 20s

Anyways, this kick was insane. Wasn't just that he hit from 58 and still hit the back of the net, but the rush came from the middle and left side, so if he had just tried to kick it straight inside of hooking it in it would have been blocked.

Not often you see a kicker forego eligibility to go to the draft but with York you understand why. Dude will be the truth for a long time to come
