I would have typically said it another way but I didn’t want to confuse any people into an entendre. With that being said, I look for Burrow to utilize his skill and throw for 270-300. You think I’m kidding, but I’m not. 19-27 with 4 TDs, with one being a run.

CEH and NB both nearly get 100 rushing each. 49-20 Tigers!

we don't throw enough in the red zone for him to get 4 TD's.
I'd agree with 3 max. Not a discredit to his skill, just the playcalling.

Yep, but this stay on him is brought up constantly by fans of other teams in an effort to say he sucks.

They don’t understand enough about football to understand why his stats are the way they are. It has nothing to do with his inability to do it, he just isn’t given the opportunity to do it.

Love for it to happen. But he needs good plays and WRs to make catches.

Yeah, well I'm already pretty fed up with Ensminger's play calling. He's too damn conservative, and I detest a pussified mentality in the red zone.

I wish we would throw more in the red zone

As much potential as JB has we need to remember he is still relatively green in this system. I don't believe CSE can unleash his playbook yet. We need to appreciate baby steps of progress and Joe's smart play.
Screw stats. Wins are the goal.

I’m as high as anyone on Burrow but I don’t see him showing out this weekend. LSU needs to put the same offensive line on the field 2 weeks in a row and I’ll start to get excited. People underestimate the importance of continuity with regards to line play.

I think Burrow's improvement will be slight, but steady against Ole Miss, given the O-line issues we are facing for this game. I think his breakout game will be against UF when we have both Charles and Magee back.

I wish our coaching staff had the nuts to step on the throat when we go up 3 scores instead of playing ring around the fricking rosie trying to burn the clock in the 3rd quarter.
I want a statement win. Dropping a 50 spot on Ole Miss would be so sweet.

The Oline issues limit what the offense can do right now. Hopefully somebody will get healthy and shore up the line.

Yep. Our RZ TD%56. Second to last in SEC
Our RZ score percentage is top at 100%
Like to see us open our passing game in RZ as well. FG’s won’t be enough down the stretch.

Teams are going to go run commit 8 against us everytime now that they have tape on us, expect more field goals lol until they change this aids playcalling. It only works for so long till they see that we've ran the ball 100% of the time on goaline situations out of all formations... too predictable

Based on what evidence?

The O-line's protection?
Ensminger's brilliant scheme?
Our WR's route running and sure hands?

I think Burrow is solid but his accuracy is not off the charts.

I suspect we will rely on the run with a patchwork offensive line.

I'm more concerned that LSU is on upset watch this week with Ole Miss being able to score in bunches and our OL being patchwork.

Now that Anderson and Sullivan are part of the gameplan I would like to see some shots to them in the endzone. Who the hell can defend a fade route against Sullivan? He is a playmaker. Just throw it up there and let him go get it.
