I have a question and I honestly don't recall this answer. At this point in the season, was Jennings O line basically a jig saw puzzle? Also, of the four teams listed in 2014...which one had a defensive line better than either Miami or Auburn? Moo State...maybe. Wisconsin...not imho. Lastly...do you really want to compare receiving corps? If you can't see that LSU is currently doing just as well with a makeshift unit against a better schedule then you are simply being obtuse. Stats don't occur in a vacuum. Ignoring factors is...well - ignorant. I believe I'm paraphrasing Mark Twain with the line, "There are lies, damned lies, and then there are statistics." Your stats, while true, ring hollow to me. Geaux Tigers!

What are you laughing about?. Mett was trash for most of the 2012 season and was still middle of the pack qb in 13. He wasn't near as good as some of you think he was. Idk why they praise Mett like he was a Heisman caliber QB when he was nowhere close to that

Did Jennings have the ability to audible at the LOS without looking at the coaches?

Yep. That's just what I was thinking this morning about how much better Anthony Jennings was than Joe.

I like your style brother.

But the bottom line is Burrow is the best QB in purple and gold since Flynn and I am including Mett in that statement.

At first blush I had the same reaction; HOWEVER, when looking at the Wide Receivers Mett was throwing to, the Offensive Line blocking in front of him and the Running Back standing in the backfield with him, I think this statement has more merit than many would believe. Burrow doesn't have any of the built-in advantages that Mett had.

That's how the best evaluate talent, look at stat sheets and compare numbers. No need to watch film or play.

Alabama has won multiple titles and they have evolved offensively and we are the same exact team even after firing our coach for not evolving.

Well, since you mentioned 2014, we lost 41-7 at Auburn that year and had almost 100 less total yards to a team that ended up going 8-5. And we had Fournette, Darrel Williams and Kenny Hilliard in the backfield then. Our offense isn't dynamite, but we at least evolved enough to learn how to win there.
