When are people going to admit this? Do you really think Danny did not audible? I am concerned that they will not be able to keep pace with Ole Miss. Have a bad feeling about it. Especially with the Defense’s performance against the pass this year.

Burrow has been asked to make, and had made, throws Etling was never asked to make. So whether you think he's the same as Etling is immaterial. The coaches do not feel that way.

Slightly better arm and pocket awareness.
It will certainly be a challenge slowing down their offense. Their defense is garbage and I always have faith in Aranda.

He is a better passer than Etling but not as good as a runner.
Remember Etling had two of the greatest backs in LSU history to hand the ball to. Burrow has the worst stable of LSU backs in recent history.

I said that from the Miami game and people went crazy.
That said I do think now he’s probably a little better than Etling but he is saddled to a terrible OC.

Danny Etling has the 7th best single season passing yards in LSU history. I'm not saying Etling is great, but LSU has lacked QBs.
Also it took Mettenburger his 3rd year to break out.
