3 fractured vertebrae on one, and another guy has head contusions and contusions on his hands, police will not speculate whether it was trying to defend himself or hitting someone.
Nothing proves any racial slurs were used.
Each player was marandized together and then individually in the interview rooms. The order each investigator took a player in to interview is unknown.
At least 12 more witnesses to interview.
talked to players for approximately 2 hours.
players brought additional witnesses
There's full cliffnotes.

Not true.
There's a whole lot of other factors that would go into being charges with 2nd degree battery. If you are fighting, punch someone, and they fall in that way, you had no intent of breaking their vertebrae, and would not be charged.
If they were lying on the ground, and you kicked them in the head, you would be considered to have a reasonable expectation that it could occur. Big difference.

I'm not buying into the "ongoing investigation" ruse. That's just for public appeal. File this one along with all the other bar fights in tigerland no one gets charged in because it's dumb drunk college kids fighting each other.
