Man I swear oriole suck - it’s hard to explain things on message boards! I know what the normal rules are! I was trying to figure out why BK would say that! He made it sound like there was something odd with the officiating and the timeout, so I was trying to make sense of it! Was it a new rule, was it BK’s rule, what did the Fkn refs have to do with it.etc.! That’s all I was trying to ask! Just never mind!

Congrats, I’m now dumber for having read your posts in this thread. It was painfully obvious to anyone with an ounce of intelligence, BK was talking about a team rule he implemented pregame, not an NCAA rule. And this has nothing to do with the new clock rules.

Were you watching the game? If you had been, you would know that Major Burns called timeout. Brian Kelly was shocked but it was his own player who was the culprit in this case.
