He really does look different. The ball just explodes out of his hand.

I was trying to see if I could spot the differences. To me, it looks like both Collins and to a lesser degree Daniels tend to "wind up". Nuss seems to move and hold the ball closer to his shoulder prior to drawing back so it looks more fluid with a sort of compact conservation of motion so the time from the drawback to release seems much shorter.

Maybe that is because the other two a more of a dual threat and have an approach that favors that style or maybe I am just seeing things

Not sure if any of that is right, I am far from an expert on this subject. Can any of the tRant coaches comment on this?

Great work sir. Thank you for putting this together. Any idea in what capacity julie was there? She's no longer associated with rivals.

IDK about DT vs pro QB throwing styles. That may just be more to body type. Collins and JD are taller and may have longer arms. Nuss is definitely more compact, but I think you'll see the same thing with Hurley who is built more like Nuss.

It looks like JD's velocity has improved and from my untrained eye looks closer to Nuss than Collins in release and velocity.

I just love having 2 QBs that can compete at the SEC level and hopefully win games.

Does anyone have any thoughts or concerns about listing the injured during game week? My buddy just brought this up in conversation.

JD put on some muscle upper body to my untrained eye. I saw Collins live in HS and he can flat-out chunk the ball. Unfortunately for him, I saw him playing against Lafayette Christian and he was running for his life but doing a good job of it. He was the only reason the score was 33-6 and closer to 50-0. I am not sure how things will pan out for Rickie but he is easy to root for.

Out of all that, the thing that caught my attention the most was " We will use Nabors differently this year than we did last".

What are we thinking here?

I agree. Think that's why they're already trying Dellinger out at Center

Hard to imagine the plan would be to start Dellinger at Center to make room for Heard without an injury to one or both of Turner and Martinez. Which is possible, so glad he’s cross-training there.

But go back and read that quote from BK about how important experience playing in the SEC is. We have an OL where all 5 have significant SEC starting experience. And the 2 most talented—Campbell and Jones—are the 2 youngest.

It’s just so different than last year. Even if Heard is better now than Will and Emory were a year ago, it’s just gonna be really hard for him to play his way into the starting lineup. Now he can play his way into the 6th or 7th guy and maybe be the 1st guy in if there’s an injury—and there’s always an injury, just a matter of time—and play so well that he never comes out, even when the injured guy gets back. But to just flat out take Delly or Frazier’s jobs or force Jones to move inside to free up RT for him, that would just be hard to see. He’d have to be incredible early. And he may be. We’ll see

I am missing something.

What is the significance of the removal of gaming apps and making sure there are no go-locators on phones?
