How could anyone feel differently after the last 6 Q's of play?

You can't consistently run the ball and now your passing game is reduced to underneath and outside the hash marks only. Either your receivers can't get separation or your QB can't hit one in stride.

Every DC is gonna give you yardage to their 25-30, but once the field gets smaller, you can't move the ball anymore.

I mean how many FG's do you have to attempt to score enough to overcome what this defense is going to give up

the first thing that needs to change is the scheduler, verge needs to stop putting LSU in early season games that you don't have to play

it's a joke that LSU is going to Clemson next season

the sec schedule is tough enough

start playing some easier teams like Tenn and Ole Miss are doing and you would be in their exact same position right now

- Kelly said that the focus against Florida will be to create more opportunities in the run game

Meaning, we’ll run every 2nd and long for nothing, get down 17-0 and then try to come back and win in OT

He said that if players aren’t playing right now, it’s because the coaches don’t feel they can help us win games. Something to think about when we talk about all of these you talented players that will be replacing Burns, Ryan, etc next year…

Man, I've been a big disciple of Kelly and I still view this functionally as year 1 2.0, but man is he a condescending and defensive prick in post loss press conferences. He acts like he has won multiple championships.

Lol and there are people on this board that think there is absolutely zero chance that DeBoer is currently a better coach than Kelly because of those championships.

Losing a game is ok. Getting blown out is not ok.

Playing a competitive game and losing is ok. Coming out after a week off with game day in town and in a position to put yourself in the playoffs & shitting the bed in that way is not ok

On 71-yard TD run by Milroe, Kelly stated that he wished they had called a different defensive alignment on that play.

This is why he makes $10MM a year and we don’t, I guess?

He seems ok with 2 or 3 losses.

Standards mean more than the playoffs

Without making the playoffs there is no championship

“We need to put players in positions for success”

“we need players to execute”

Are these novel concepts we learned after week 11?!

The question is why didn't you put them in positions for success and coach them to execute before USC, A&M and Bama.

Kelly starting to sound like a broken record. He could replay one of his news conferences from weeks ago and accomplishment same thing.
