You want to believe this is coach speak but if you remember he was late to pull the trigger on firing house potentially causing more players to leave.
The wheels are coming off. Remember when the reporter asked him a few games back why Mason Taylor was underutilized and he was completely unaware?
He keeps saying we have who we have almost every game. There’s no way that is motivating to a player. You know what Brian? Your fan base is beginning to think that you are a “we have what we have” coach.

Every time he steps up to the mic, he says something to the effect of “these are the guys that we have. We can’t go out and get new players” and it really pisses me off sometimes.

I noticed that too. It has become evident that Kelly is quite hands off with the program, which is astonishing given we pay him 10 million a year and inherited a rebuilding project.
was he involved with the scouting of the 2023 class? If so maybe he should go play golf.
