Here’s what I want to know. Moscona said there are two personal matters and one public matter that LSU may be using to fire BK with cause. The public one is how BK handled Brooks. One personal seems like he was having an affair, and I heard a rumor that he was messing with the daughter of a former famous LSU coach. But what is the other personal matter?

I’ve heard the same rumor a couple of years ago. But I cannot see how that pass in court as grounds for cause termination since it’s not a recent issue.

It wouldn’t pass in court, but could be a bargaining chip.
You can’t condone or accept potential employment-terminating behavior and sit on it, then use it after termination to avoid payment. Contracts simply don’t work that way.

I don't care for Kelly. I thought, given the options, it was a decent hire. Not great but decent.
Now that the termination has occurred, pay the man what was stated in the contract. I don't like it but it was a contract.
