hopefully he can coach better than he can dance. But I think I get his management/leadership style that he is going for. He wants to be a hard nose detailed oriented coach but also relatable/approachable by the players and staff. These videos are ridiculous but if he is able to gain some comradery/loyalty with this goofy/affable behavior I'm all for it. Miles used a similar style but he wasn't as detail oriented as I hope BK will be.
