D is improving, but damn, we have got to figure out 3rd and long. It's been biting us in the arse all year and was the sole reason we were in a nail biter with UF until late in the third.

D talent is average, not elite. Except for Stingley

we did OK with a 4 man rush but we should never ever send a 3 man rush. Not on 3rd an long or any other situation. I don't want to see that again even once for the rest of the season.

Trask played his arse off. He's definitely better than Franks. Give the guy his props, made some great throws, ran tough.

Trask and their WR's are the real deal. If you blitz you better dam sure get there, but at the same time you have to blitz to get there with our DL. Though Shelvin gets a good push up the middle our DE's are not great pass rushers though they are good players.

They got a TD on a jump ball while our DL was dragging one of the OL hanging on his facemask. We had a pick that was overturned on a questionable roughing call. A pick in the end zone and a goal line stand to end the game.

Aranda called the right plays late in the game. Why blitz in the first half to force them out if you don't have to? They completely took the Fla OL by surprise when they blitzed and stunted late in the game and forced then into giving up the ball.

At the time I was like most on here. At one point I said Fla should get straight to 3rd down, because 1st and 2nd downs ain't working for them.

Is there room for improvement? Absolutely.

Best of all, we played a lot of young bucks this game in meaningful minutes. They held their own against Trask

I wish nothing but the best for that guy, and will miss him and his dad. I hope they continue to come around after his days as a Tiger are over.

He is light years better than Franks. They wouldn’t have scored more than 14 if FF had been back there instead of Trask

Defensive lineman Breiden Fehoko said during meetings today it almost seemed like LSU lost to Florida. Players felt ready to move on to the next game and fix mistakes, Fehoko said.

This reads a lot more negative as words on a computer screen versus video. Seeing Fehoko say it live comes off 100% positive.

Shhh - Aranda walks on water (while watching an average, at best, offense methodically go 75 yards for TDs 4 xs in 1st 2.5 quarters).

Good. This team has very realistic national title chances.

Teams like ole miss are satisfied with a top 10 win. That's the norm at LSU.

Arse chewing is not going to help. Lack of effort is not the issue. Lack of a pass rush is and has been the problem

I love hearing this. This team has great leadership and won't settle for anything but winning and dominating. They want to give 100% effort or they feel like they lost. That's awesome to hear. This team is very special. Geaux MF'n Tigers!

You sideline coaches just don’t get it. Make adjustments at halftime. We did. Keep your day jobs.

To be fair, UF scored 21 in the first half and 7 in the second half.

That said, I got the feeling we were more worried about containing Perine (and Jones, for that matter) in the first half. I think the game plan was: force Kyle Trask to beat us with accurate down-field throws. Credit to Trask, he made some big time throws. We adjusted and closed out the game. It happens.

you are wasting your breath.

Not one person who is screaming about pressure will read your post and think “damn I was wrong”.

They will read it, ignore it and go back to screeching about sending pressure in the first quarter against MSU

This is good to hear. There are things that need to be fixed and I would say Aranda needs to make changes as well.

Are you talking about the one where Marcel Brooks our OLB/S made the sack? If so, I'm not sure that was a standard 4 man rush.
