Gets his first bomb as a tiger and was about 6 feet away from having a couple of you go back to your alt account. This kid is going to play a huge role in the teams success this year.

middle infield is a major chemistry thing. You generally dont see a lot of movement in these positions as the season wears on if coaches are happy with the defense. If he hits his weight plus 30 he will play there all season

Didn’t we play Northern Illinois. I didn’t even know they played baseball. Probably haven’t practiced outside yet. Let’s pump the brakes until SEC play starts on Brazzy. Same thing as ole 200 hitting Brady Neal.

I think he will have to do more at the plate than that and I think he will. We have too many competent middle infielders CJJ won’t be able to keep off the field if he underperforms at the plate.

Yeah they play baseball…. I’m not saying Braswell is a lock, just asking for a second weekend of college baseball before our starting shortstop goes in the hot seat over his plate appearances. You should have seen the things some Tiger fans were saying

I bet during the football season you're that guy that tells everyone to not look ahead to future opponents.

Pearson, Nippolt, Milam looks like he’s going to find a way on the field, Kucherak shows promise, I know I’m forgetting someone, Guidry wants to play infield as well

Explain how those guys, outside of Pearson who can’t even play SS and will get more time in the OF than 2B this year, are more competent than Braswell?

Nope. I’m the guy that played 4 years of D1 college baseball. Brazzy is hitting under 200 so far against weak pitching. Let’s see how he does in a 30 game SEC season.

lol if you played 4 years of D1 and that’s your take on Neal you may want to move on from baseball for good

Best thing I heard today is Jay say that Braswell is the ultimate team guy. He just wants to do well for his team. Eerily similar to when Ulloa got the lineup card for his magic moment, good morning, good afternoon, and goodnight: Ulloa said he had nothing to say, he just likes playing for the Tigers.

Neal hit 200 last year. Yep 200 and was hurt most of the SEC season. So he hit 200 against mostly non sec pitching. I get it. Facts are a difficult thing to digest today. We would rather just creat narratives based on feelings. There is a reason Blaise will be back in the fold in 25.

Are you trying to say Neal is bad? Is that where you are going?

Yes, because we could potentially lose 3 catchers off the current roster and the only high school commit is a first rounder.

Don’t make it more than it is. Priester will play, but there will always be a time share.

I believe you’re under the impression I think any of those players are more competent than Braswell.

Sounds like you’re talking out of both sides of your mouth now.

Unless I missed it, I think you've got it backwards. Braswell is the only real SS and for that reason he's staying in the lineup.

They will continue to try and shorten his swing I think.

Long swing isn’t his issue.
