And I believe he won't be the last QB to transfer before the semester's over…

May the best Scott win

I'm assuming all of our QB's have met with Canada already? Wonder if he did and realized it just wasn't going to happen for him, especially with Etling being recruited by him at Wisconsin. He's got one year left, so can't really blame him for not wanting to risk riding the bench.

My deal is, do we really think Etling is the answer next year? Even with the relationship that he previously had with Canada.

Well shite, I was hoping he'd push Etling this spring. Time for Brennan to step up

I'm glad to see that it appears O gave him honest feedback and Harris and LSU made a mutual decision on this. I do think he has more talent than Danny Etling. So I hate to see it end like this.

best of luck to Brandon. had he been better coached and not forced into a system that didn't fit his talent, I think he may have had a much better career.

Just making way for Myles Brennan to come on in and start for 3 years then become a 1st round pick.

I hope this fine young man finds a good fit and is able to take his career farther.

It's a shame the coaches he had previously couldn't develop him because he's undoubtably a talent

I'm glad the decision came now versus after spring so he won't be soaking up practice reps and taking them away from guys that may actually contribute.

kinda surprising he doesn't want to at last compete for the job this spring

The writing was on the wall. He's got one year of eligibility left. Why spend it riding the pine?

Miles wasted this dude along with several other QBs.

Wish him well and I can't help but wonder how he would have done with four years under Canada. Maybe he just didn't have the tools. Good luck to him for his senior year.

One practical consideration--while we apparently have some good raw talent, we have no backup qb on the roster who has taken meaningful college snaps.

Hmm, interesting. Can't imagine he is leaving without knowing he has a spot on a roster somewhere.

Best of luck to Brandon, agreed this is the best decision for him. Do not think he fits in the offense Canada wants to run. I hope they were being honest with him in that.

He needs to go somewhere in a shotgun spread where he can run some and throw downfield often.

Do you blame him? He got shitty coaching and the "fans" sent him death threats
