I love how “life” can rebalance itself. At LSU he got little to no true QB coaching & he ends up being a Successful QB Coach. Good for Brandon!

This guy must be a great interview

I feel like he always presented himself extremely well whenever he was interviewed when he was playing here. Seemed very sharp.

He was a phenomenally talented QB, but like you said he couldn't play in game. Was the best QB in the country at practice, but was an absolutely trainwreck come Saturday. Some people aren't great under pressure, and some are brandon harris...
If you can't perform when the lights come on, then you're NOT a phenomenally talented QB.

Physical skills do not equate to mental/quick information processing skills.

Brandon Harris and TJ Finley (T.Jandon Harrisley) are carbon copies of each other. It is what it is.....

He listened to everything Les told him...

... and coached the opposite!

TJ Finley was only a freshman, yet he has been much better than Harris as a QB.

Of course if he has the coaching chops, maybe he should skip the NFL after college. Harris may be on his way to more career $$$ than any journeyman QB this side of Matt Flynn.

Go and listen to that Ryan Clark interview he did with Matt Moscona. He said how he enjoyed talking Brandon Harris about football because he knows his stuff but when he turn on the tv he was like who the hell is this guy lol

Maybe he is better at teaching someone else how to play QB rather than playing it himself

I don't think Nick Saban was an All American

Playing the game at high level helps and sometimes not totally needed to be a great coach

a quote about Saban's college days and I would say he played at a high level but did not achieve highly noted status

"Kent State won a MAC championship in 1972. Saban’s career ended without much notice".

I'm happy for him and he should take the Rams job.

To my knowledge he has never said anything negative about LSU when he could have.

I root for Harris and hope he does well. If you root against him for collegiate mishaps due to the worst offensive situation imaginable; shame on you.
I’m no fan of Miles, but Harris also struggled at UNC, with a coach that had a UNC QB become a top draft pick.

I wish Harris the best, but he just wasn’t a good college QB.

Yeah. I give every “bad” QB from that era of LSU football a complete pass.

They were so poorly coached and the scheme was so bad, I don’t blame them for a single thing.

Aint it the truth....Miles could have fked up a wet dream when it comes to developing QBs.
I hope the goofy frick crashes and burns at UK with this silly shite about him coming to light.

Come on. Be a man. Don’t insinuate anything, just tell us.
We know what you think the reason is.

So anyway, I am assuming this means Brandon Harris is going to be schooling Matt Stafford on how to play the QB position?

This simply does not compute.

What reality do you guys live in where every successful HC or OC or QB coach was an amazing player?

It’s simply not how it goes, there’s no correlation to playing ability and coaching ability
