I am simply at the point where I personally will trust this coaching staff until they give me reason not to
Call it naive sunshine pumping if you want to
Negative prognostication toward the future may be correct but there was a lot of negativity prior to 2019 season and we see how that turned out

Exactly and they have said many times that there were a lot of transition problems.
And Burrow had two years left, Ramsey has one, so a bad comparison.

I think it’s hard to break 30 years of doing something your own way by just working with Joe Brady for 10months.
Do I think he picked things up from Brady? Sure. Do I think he can lean on those principles in the middle of a heated, fast moving game? I’m not sure.

Actually Ensminger is a great play caller. Just look what he did with Cameron/Miles offense in 2016. I know they struggled in two games but Cameron/Miles still weren’t putting up the stats he did with that offense against lesser teams.
Ensminger just needed someone to come in and update the playbook that he was calling the plays out of and that’s what Brady was brought in for.
Brady was great and did his job great which is why he got the promotion he got but his main job was to introduce this new offense and it has been introduced and O/Ensminger aren’t going to just go back to the 2018 offense.

funny thing is that same coach who hired this young innovative staff is the same coach that is still hiring our coaches I don't think I would worry about it too much

I feel this is something that O has earned. He just proved he can put a roster and coaching staff together that can not just be good but all time great.
If the new hires don’t work out then I am all for people complaining and wanting changes but I believe he at least earned the right to try anything he wants out and see what happens.

People think calling plays is like a madden video game. He can know the plays or have a “playbook” but does he know how to apply them to the situation in the game?
Things aren’t working, Brennan’s getting sacked, they can’t run the ball. whatever it may be, can he adjust the game plan accordingly?
If you give him 10 plays to call & Brady 10 plays to call from the 25yd line in OT, they are not going to look the same. This isn’t some turnkey effort here. It’s more complicated than that. Ensminger has never been good at calling plays
