He should be fine as long as doesn't have Matt Ruhle on his staff. He has had a short career but the only place he wasn't successful was Carolina. I also think he needs to be an OC for a few more years.

He wouldn't look nearly as good without Josh Allen but the prior Buffalo OC was fired so clearly not everyone can do the job.

I think Brady was the main factor in the improvement in offense from '18 to '19, not just individual player improvement.
One example of this would be the OL vs Bama in '18 (didn't even look like we belonged on the field with them) and '19 (when except for the good graces of O and some bad officiating we would've hung 50 on them easy-peasy), That's one big inversion.
