I know most of y’all hate the guy but this is a great recruiting pickup for them. Question the x’s and o’s all you want but he will recruit the hell out of Houston and SE Texas.

Jimbo recruited top 5 talent at FSU. His downfall was his loyalty to his staff (Charles, Trickett). He will recruit well regardless at A&M.

Jimbo has a pretty solid team (players) which were gifted to him.
He will show up well in year 1, after that, it depends on the QB
He rode Jameis for all he was worth, and when the "next Jameis" got hurt, it all fell apart for him ...

His BBQ skill far outweighs his lack of coaching skill though. Jimbo is about to gain a few pounds, especially when Peveto gets that Texas quality meat to BBQ
