I don't see anything to disagree with in his analysis. In fact, it's obvious to me that any SEC team with QB's as inexperienced as ours is going to lose games. And not just one or two. I see us going 7-5, 3-5 in the SEC. I'll be quite happy if we do better than this--very, very pleasantly surprised in fact.

Has anyone in this thread mentioned that these are the # 4, 6, and 7 games on the schedule? That sounds like the middle of the schedule to me.

I am.

My proof, 2008 LSU, 2011 Auburn games for starters. He's just a fricking idiot. No one fricks up the ends of EVERY close game they are in quite like Merlins.

7-5? I swear some of y'all just want us to do that bad.

Other teams have had young qbs and done well. Why can't LSU? Forget that we brought in and insane recruiting class and still have the winningest coach in the SEC since he got here

I realized that everyone misunderstood. I think Mullen is a terrible coach. Dude got by on Urban's rep and now he gets to stay at State because they always suck so people can't distinguish State being shitty from Mullen's active contribution to their natural shittiness.

One of these games is not like the other.

I think we drop two early bc of lack of experience but end the season as the team no one wants to play, including a win at home against bama.

Did UF get a new coach and QB? You realize they got handled by Georgia Southern last year? I think it will be tough but nobody that knows jack shite about football marks that down automatically as a L.

Too many teams in the conference have unknowns to mark anything down as automatic.

State has been within 10 points just once this century. We've shut em out 3 times since the last time they beat us.

So yeah...
