Definitely made it farther than everyone was expecting us to. Losing sucks, but if you had told me at the end of April that we'd be hosting a Super Regional as a national seed, I would have taken it in a heartbeat.

Going 0-2 in Omaha is better than watching it from home. At least nobody will talk about Stoney Brook anymore.

One national title in the last 16 years. At what point is it too distant past?

Next year we'll be more seasoned. YOU know CPM's veteran teams will get to Omaha and get their arse beat there! So we can look forward to that guys... I'm so ready for a new AD and some firings! GEAUX TIGERS!!

A lot of people here don't want to hear it, but the power of that wall diminishes more and more every season. It will continue to until a number appears to the right of 2009.

Couldn't throw runners out, couldn't make the plays in the field, couldn't advance runners with less than two outs, kept letting the lead off man on, base running errors, and still was in it until the end. We beat ourselves and got out coached. Great season on the football!!!

Slack you didn't watch the play? Duplantis could have walked home

Yeah but only because the pitcher did what no one ever does and just tossed it to 1st. Duplantis has to freeze on that contact and you fully expect the pitcher to check to third. Even though he didn't, our only option was to send Duplantis after he went to first and that is a risky move with no outs.
