Pretty sure sugar still has tie in with SEC. If 11-1 LSU not in playoffs they would very likely end up in NO VS Big XII team.

Oregon/Washington State just to show the california kids they should come here.

Rose Bowl against Michigan or Penn State would be sweet. We don’t deserve another shot at Notre Dame yet. They’ve beaten us twice in the last 5 years.

If we are 11-1 as OP says and miss the College Football playoffs we will likely be either in the Sugar or Citrus:

I'll never dislike being in the Sugar Bowl. Rose Bowl would be cool just because LSU has never been in it, but I wouldn't be able to go anyway. As for the opponent...don't care that much as long as we win. Michigan would be cool just because we've never played them. Others may be tired of Notre Dame, but losing to them those last two times put a bad taste in my mouth. We should have won both of those and screwed it up. Redemption would be kinda nice.
