Three man crew. Two black. One white. He stunk it up.
Are you one of those who tries to find a negative racial component to everything?
I simply pointed out of the three he happened to be white and the best way to describe who I meant.
I couldn't very well say the guy in the striped shirt or black shoes, to get my point across as to the identity.
Frick you by the way.

LSU should have brought 8 or so cheerleaders and one of the many Mike's we have on scholarship.
Man, Tech needs to get Champ some new frickin shorts! Those things were filthy, looked like he shat himself and they didn't come clean. Pretty embarrassing in my opinion.

LSU fans were quite in the first half because they were watching LSU play like shite.

That being said, I really enjoyed the split crowd atmosphere. LSU should have brought 8 or so cheerleaders and one of the many Mike's we have on scholarship
Yeah, it would have been nice for LSU to send either/or - and maybe even a pep band. I don't think money's that tight.

The only downside to the night was that cocksucker white referee who tried to make damn sure everyone had their eyes on his arse calling stupidly. He bailed Tech out more than a bail bondsman on Saturday night in New Orleans.
Anyone else catch him bitching to Wade at the end of the first half about Pinson? Apparently he got his feelings hurt because Pinson didn't throw him the ball at the end of the half.

Lol at Tech cheerleaders & dancers wearing masks on the court.
You can't even say they were being woke about it, just made them look stupid.

Anyone go to Larry Flynts afterwards?

If Tech had controlled the ticket sales, they could have sold that place out. There were at least 3K empty seats in that arena.
If they had priced the tickets reasonably, it could have sold out. I didnt' go b/c i wasn't paying $300-400 for me the wife and 2 kids to go watch LSU play a basketball game against an inferior opponent. I saw some of the ticket prices came down by Friday, but when i had looked the week before the cheapest seat was $75, and that was before all the stupid arse ticketmaster fees.

it looked like the place was bumping

Second half was great. My kids loved the atmosphere. Wasn't a bunch of drunk football fans losing control, but just passionate fans having fun.

My only other issue aside from the heat is there was a big screen hanging above mid-court but it apparently wasn't working or maybe is not programmed to work at this point. No video highlights or replays, not player scores or stats.
I had the same complaint. No in-house video/camera crew, but they 100% do this for other events in the arena. Even without video to jumbotron, it seems like they could have still put a scoreboard or stats up there.

Think you were looking at the wrong website?
They had $15 tickets available. Even with the ridiculous fees, you could have gotten 4 tickets for <$100

Would like to have seen the crowds reaction after seeing the replay of some of the early "fouls". Crowd would have been all over the refs for a long time.

Where were you looking? This is just not true.

Tech band repeatedly played "Neck" completed with the band singing the "talkin' out the side of your neck" part (G-rated version). Wasn't sure if it was a troll, or if has just gotten to be that every band but LSU plays it now.
They’ve been playing that for a while. They played it when I went to their junior day over 10 years ago.

The walking call on Days when he was on the ground getting slapped and stomped on was incomprehensible.

I heard the atmosphere was good. Didn't get to see it on TV since I don't get that CBSSN channel

I will say this - it's been a long time since LSU fans traveled worth a $hit or anything regarding LSU basketball whether it be the SEC Tourney, neutral site games, anything. I could give example after example from personal experience.
However - for the trip to Niceville earlier this year and for this I was pleasantly surprised at both the number and the enthusiasm of LSU fans.
Maybe we are finally starting to turn a corner in that regard - Re: getting some sustained interest and fan enthusiasm for hoops.
Thanks tPear!!

In Shreveport/Bossier?
Regardless of what the Rant says Shreveport/Bossier is located in Louisiana and is chock-full of LSU fans.

Go play ull at Cajun dome
The Cajun dome just sucks for basketball! It’s great for a big concert, but It’s just too big of an arena for college ball & the court design is absolutely atrocious. At least the TAC in Ruston & Pete Maravich @ LSU were built specifically for basketball and are great places to watch a game.
