Can you post cliffs since the Advocate sucks?

It’s the lawyer’s fault now????

Lee Mallett wants Taylor Porter fired.
Not sure you want the Taylor Porter LSU files subject to loose lips and leaky servers.

Interesting that Taylor Porter also did work for Attorney General office with the whisteblower lawsuit and claimed the exact same thing:
"Landry’s office hired the law firm Taylor Porter to investigate the complaint, and the investigation found that Magee's actions made others uncomfortable but did not rise to the level of sexual harassment."
The definition of sexual harassment from a legal point of view is so ambiguous! How do you expect a Title IX office to figure it out without a law degree?

Taylor Porter dealt with three members of the board exclusively, keeping the rest out of the loop, so Mallett says.

There are 4 members of the BoS who should lose their appointments for protecting Les Miles.
LSU needs to start chopping heads or this never fricking stops

Once you cater to the mob, you never stop catering.
BoS also wanted to drop Rouses because it's owner went to DC to attend what he believed to be a rally. BoS is loaded with retards

I believe that’s by design. You avoid state laws about quorums, public record, etc. These little groups keep their business “secret” for a reason.

See Collis Temple, Jr as Exhibit A. Payback for he and Cleo Fields mobilizing the fraudulent vote in Metro BR last Gov race.

Agree. The BOS could have stopped this in the beginning. More embarrassing and damaging now than it would have been 10 years. As much of an idiot Joe was, he tried to do the right thing and was told to sit down.

If that is what happened, its either a rolling quorum which is blatantly illegal, or the firm potentially failed in its duty to inform the Board by only keeping a select minority of the members informed. No one really knows what happened, but Taylor Porter is a very prominent lawfirn and I have a hard time believing they knowingly did either.

The most damning thing the BoS has done is make me side with Joe Alleva.
Think about that. I'm with Joe. Alleva.

It all comes down to politics, protecting your friends, wielding power and covering your arse when it hits the fan.
TP got the gig because of politics and kept the gig through politics.
They knew what was expected of them and worked at the pleasure of the board for decades. Apparently now they need a scapegoat and TP is it.

Yes, Veritas!!!!
This Banana Republic, Good Ole-Baw BOS needs to be fired.
Everyone dropped turds on Alleva, but now we know the man tried to do the right thing. We should all admit the obsession with dumping on Alleva was wrong, whether you like the outcome or the man. Miles should have been fired for cause, the BOS has incompetently squandered millions. Moreover, the BOS has abdicated all fiduciary and prudent oversight. Veritas!!!!

LSU and Louisiana have come full circle
Citizens elected dumb arse Governors who then appoint dumb arse BOD, who then hire dumb arse presidents and ADs who then hire dumb arse coaches and admin staff
It's a joke all around and it's Louisiana bullshite in a nutshell

This seems more like a board issue than a Taylor Porter issue.
